We have been approached by one of our clients to "chance" the industry for a late season 5050 Sharemilker to take on their farm for the coming seasons.
This exceptional farm is located 10 minutes south east of the sort after rural town, Te Awamutu. The farm has been in the family for nearly 100 years and it has come time for someone else to take the reins and make this place their own. The Holstein friesian herd that is currently on the farm will be required to be purchased as a part of this contract. Formal valuations have already been completed for your ease in assessing the viability of the purchase.
