RECO is a Waikato farm advisory business, led by Regan McCorquindale. Launched in early 2022, RECO takes a modern approach to farming, bringing energy, innovation and proactivity to our work.

With real farming experience, technical excellence and true passion for the New Zealand dairy industry, our aim is to help farms be more profitable, efficient and effective.

Regan McCorquindale

Founder and Consultant

Growing up on a family owned and operated dairy farm in the Korakonui District, my passion is farming. I have huge respect for farmers and a strong appreciation for the opportunities and challenges that dairy farming offers.

Following school I obtained a Bachelor of AgriCommerce from Massey University. I am also an associate member of NZIPIM and an accredited body condition scorer.

Starting out my agricultural career, I ran my own successful business specialising in pasture management. I then joined a reputable consulting firm offering farm advisory services nationwide.

Following an enjoyable and productive stint, I launched RECO in 2022 to use my drive and resource into my own business again.

I'm passionate about the NZ dairy farming industry and keen to meet like-minded people keen to grow their farming businesses. I'd love to have a chat about how I can bring my energy and drive to the table to help you reach your farming goals.

Laura Dixon

Consulting Assistant

Being born and raised in Te Awamutu I have strong family ties to the district and I have naturally grown a wide connection within the community. Generations before me have been involved with all types of farming, dairy, deer, sheep and beef.

After experiencing an overseas working holiday in the UK for two years, I have returned to New Zealand with an abundance of life skills and character building experiences.

Helping people and providing a honest customer service experience is my passion.

My role within RECO is quite varied, I am offering business support and administration to the 4 farms we supervise and RECO itself, design and marketing for social media, human resources and recruitment, and the daily logistics of on-farm visits.

Continuing to build on my current skillset is something I love to do, and being immersed in the dynamic agricultural scene is a new adventure for me.
